All MediXpress couriers are subject to Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks before they handle any pharmacy deliveries. We maintain a live register of all certificates and conduct annual re-checks. You will never receive a delivery from an unchecked courier.

When a controlled drug delivery cannot be completed — due to patient refusal, absence, or other reasons — MediXpress manages the full returns cycle with documented chain-of-custody at every step, ensuring your dispensary CD register remains accurate and auditable.
